Christopher John Fleetwood
Senior Independent Non-executive Director
Mr Fleetwood who is 56 years old was Chief Executive of Whessoe plc which under his
leadership was transformed from a UK-based heavy engineering business into a
multi-national group specialising in electronics, software instrumentation and control
systems. He joined the Company as a Non-executive Director on 1 January 2005. Mr Fleetwood is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee
