Peter Wardle
Non-executive Chairman
Mr Wardle is 66 years old and joined the Company as a Director in 1984 having spent 11
years with Cape Contracts Limited, the U.K’s largest insulation contractor and subsidiary
of Cape industries, latterly as its Managing Director. He retired from his executive
position in 2000 but remained as Chairman in a Non-executive capacity. Mr Wardle is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Secretary of the Audit Committee.
