Mr Elliott is 59 years old and joined the Company as Finance Director in 1985 having spent 7 years with Cape Industries, where he was latterly the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Hunting Painting Contractors Ltd, one of its subsidiaries. Mr Elliot is responsible for the Group's financial and secretarial activities.
